Probate

I have my sons WILL in my favour, but the wife claims to say she has a later dated revoked Will, he was an Army officer, and we have received the WILL from Army, he died in a very suspicious manner hilw he applied for his divorce, and the case hearing was just about to happen, and also had applied for a restraining order from his wife as she tortured him mentally with regard to his property. Do i have a chance to contest her WILL with these reasons, as i feel she is very capable of making a Fake WILL, this case is in PUNE district court
