If property is in the name of your grandfather and if he died intestate, then the property will go to his sons, daughters and widow. Similarly as one of your uncle died, his part of the property will go accordingly, as aforesaid. First ascertain the shares properly, which can be done by filing suit for partition and if there is no dispute in your family then you can draw a family settlement deed and divide accordingly.
