My father did second marriage and he transferred his property as a gift to his second wife self aquired and my grandfather's property too... But he did not took documented divorce from my mother...we are also self aquired childs of him but he is not ready to give us our rights kindly suggest because as per law we are not able to get Justice this is the drawback of law
