10 years ago we started construction on land which was not approved by respective authorities and when we were constructing it our neighbor got into some building plan argument so we have to stop the construction at that time. But now we got all the respective authorities approval including the building plan which states leave 10ft in front and 5 ft from back no need to leave any space on sides but again our neighbor is threatening us that he will put a stay order so I wanted to check that does he have right to put a stay order on our property because he is demanding to leave the 4 ft from his side.

Once the Construction/Site Plan is sanctioned by the Appropriate Authorities/ municipal Authorities no one can stop you from constructing according to the plans.
