Property Transfer

My question is regarding the transfer of property that is a ancestral agricultural land & house in my hometown at Gorakhpur district UP. Last year my father died without any property vil. Property was transferred from my grandfather's name to my father name automatically as he was the only son. Now my would be problem is I have no documents of my father which bears his complete correct name that is surname is incorrect in ID,voter & pan card. Also death certificate only have first name of him & his father that is my grandfather like ANAND S/O KAMAL . In tehsil office property is registered with name Anand Sharma S/O kamal Sharma. Please guide me how to transfer and register property.also what documents are required in property transfer and registration
