After my grandfather's death in October 2019, my grandmother got paralyzed in Nov 2019, they have 2 sons. Am the son of an older one. My uncle without his brother's consent at his in-laws place they made a transaction on the home property, in the online it reads as in the DR as my Granny and DE as my uncle. what it means in legal terms. can you please let us know if we can proceed legally and what are the chances we have to get the share. we are economically so good. before filling the case I just want to know the chances so that we will figure out if we can afford or not. You have a good case but depends upon the handling of case. There are two cases one CRIMINAL against your uncle who made unauthorized sale and another to cancel such transaction. It's a good case. Go ahead with experienced lawyer.
