Scheme Under SRA For Claiming Maintenance

My father is Imla Mailk and his name is there on the property card. The said land is on lease the Lessor is a society and the lessee is someone else and in the third column My father name is there. I've heard that as per the Maharashtra rule Imla Mailk is Slum Lord or we can say Structure owner. The reason asking for this is the said land is going under SRA Scheme and my father is not alive nor we have the possession of the property. However, I've all the documents which can proof that I'm the legal heir of my deceased father. Please answer my question that am I eligible for a flat and additional compensation instead of not having possession of the said property.
