Tenant Not Vacating The House

dear client, first issue legal notice to him to vacate your house then you can file suit under rent control act in the court.

sir have ur agreement is registered and if registered then as a owner as my colleague stated earlier u have to give notice n if he is not ready to vacat the premises then u can complaint at nearby police station as well as move before the court with the help of local lawyer

serve the tenant with a legal notice to evict the house as the agreement is over followed by filing a civil suit for eviction
