In general, the process of becoming a society member involves completing the conveyance deed and transferring the property in your name. The conveyance deed is an important legal document that establishes your ownership of the property. Until the conveyance deed is executed and registered, you may not have full legal rights as a property owner. CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) is responsible for the development and maintenance of certain areas in Navi Mumbai, including Ulwe. Transfer charges are applicable when ownership of a CIDCO property is transferred from one party to another. However, the specific procedures and requirements for CIDCO transfer charges may vary, and it would be best to consult with a legal professional or contact CIDCO directly to understand the process. Regarding the society membership, it is typically the responsibility of the society to add new members once the property transfer is complete. If the conveyance deed has not been executed yet, it may be challenging for the society to add you as a member. However, this issue can be resolved by seeking legal advice and discussing the matter with the society chairman.

You are fully entitled to get yourself registered as a society member as you have all the documents and sale deed is being done in your name by the previous owner and you are in possession of the property in question. If they are not listening to you then first of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you must write that to stop all these harassments and add me as a society member or face legal action which will be at your own risk. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
