Hi Everyone, Good Day. I am planning to buy a small house in a newly built colony. When I ask the dealer they mentioned • It's is not GDA Approved, It's Freehold • Not RERA Registerd • Only Aadhar Housing Finance can provide loan due to their tie up - ( They said you can Bank Transfer the loan to any bank after 6 Months) I need suggestions what other documents I can check to verify if the colony is legal and will not create any issues in future.
