Parking Ownership Transfer

Hello Everyone, I purchased a flat from the builder. It has a total of 10 towers. Unfortunately, parking was sold on a first-come basis. Our tower was built last, and by the time we got possession, all parking was sold out. I enquired a bit and found a parking space that is up for sale in a different tower. He sold his flat and is selling the parking space separately. My question is, can I purchase this parking without any legal issues or trouble? After purchase, can society cause problems for me? What would be the right way to complete the purchase? All 10 towers are in the same gated community, sharing the same club and garden.
