in that case take all your documents along and file police complaint, if your complaint is refused to be taken, you can make an application to Commisioners office and approach the court through private case u/s 406, 417, 420 and Rera Act

you can take the benefit under rera. Rera will aslo be useful if your society is not yet formed.
