can the car dealer do case against a person who took a test ride and met with an accident during the ride, a bike hit from behind, the driver paid for the bike rider first aid and bike repair, the driver has not signed any pre-test ride agreement, neither he gave any documents like Driving lisence or adhar card before the star of the test ride.

Yes, the dealer may try to claim damages or initiate action, but liability will depend on who was negligent, the damage, and the documents / evidence. Since no test ride undertaking was signed and no DL / ID was verified, the dealer may also face difficulty in fixing full liability on you.
