I have paid â‚¹10000 in advance for mobile via PhonePe at 2.50 PM on October 22 at a Samsung exclusive store. They said they would give me the mobile by 5 PM and they failed to that, I had to take a bus at 5.30 so I left asking for my advance back. They say that the advance can't be given back. I don't exactly remember whether or not they communicated about the advance won't be returned because everything was a phone conversation. After I asked them, they sent the bill via WhatsApp at 9 PM and the bill says 'Advance payment not refundable'. Now, they are very stubborn about returning my money back and I don't want to purchase from that store because of the bad experience I have received. Can I file a case in online legal?
