Dhruv its to ur attention, that central govt had drafted a regulation law for online wallet companies. according to that every online wallet company should appoint and provide contact numbers of grievance redressal officer in their web site and app. so kindly chk ur app. follow the procedures. first find where the mistake happens.

  • Give a complaint to the bank in writing. It should be done with in one day. If not reversed, send a complaint to the banking ombudsman. You will get the money back with interest.
