I have a case in the consumer court, wherein in the complaint, the total value of the apartment was sought by mistake in prayer. The intention was only to get back the booking amount. So filed an amendment to remove that point demanding the full cost of the apartment. As it would not fall in the jurisdiction of district consumer court. Now OP has filled an objection for not allowing the amendment. How do I respond since I am asking only for the booking amount refund?
