What happens to property after your divorce, it remains with you or with your husband, as it is not clear from your query. if it remains with your husband, as per understanding between you two, then you can continue, if you want or withdraw case, as per your choice. if property is taken by your husband, then he will decide what he has to do with the case. Moreover before withdrawing the case you can talk to the builder and I don't think he will ask for any expense, as it will also uch needed relief for him.
