The company deducted 25% of the salary for a few months. - They say only those who continue till March will be paid. No written document shared. - Salary slip auto-generated are of the full amount (they said we have the intention of paying, therefore not revised) - PF also not deposed in PF accounts since March. Many ex-employees claim that full n final settlement has not been made yet. (45days period) Can I sue them? How favourable situation will be for me.

Your question can be safely answered in affirmative. There are no such directions and/or guidelines regarding any deductions from any department.
