My Ex Boss Is Telling Me He Will Blacklist Me From The Hospitality Industry

Last month, while working for a reputed hotel chain, a colleague was caught taking ₹4,000 from a guest. During the inquiry, he named me in a written statement but also informed Security and HR that I had no involvement. The only evidence against me was CCTV footage showing me speaking with him. Later, he alleged that he had given me ₹2,000, but there is no proof of this. I was pressured by Security and HR to write that I had received the money and was subsequently forced to resign. Recently, my ex-boss called and made further accusations without evidence, put my Full & Final Settlement on hold, and threatened to damage my reputation by sharing allegations on LinkedIn and within the hospitality industry. I am unemployed, facing financial hardship, and seeking legal action for harassment, defamation, and coercion.
