Company Asking To Pay The Plenalty For Resigning

I am working in IT in private firm and have resigned from my company, as it is in debt and have no funds to pay salary on time. At the time of confirmation I was asked to sign a bond of two years, so I did. Now they are not paying me salary and asking me to pay plenalty to them I am not willing to complete my tenure.
