Hai sir I am working in Agriculture department on contract basis from past 2 years. now agriculture Department plan to give us NGO so that we went to court. and court give the "Stay order " as keep as it is. Now internationally Department people are trying to remove me from Department to give extra work and pressure. they are making me Resignation . so that one day due to heavy work pressure I came out from meeting. by putting this reason they given me notice that give me the reason why you came out from meeting? otherwise we will remove you. My question is in court Stay order is there. is this possible to remove me from job upto stay vaccant or not?
