    Mr. Allen , Every Company has their own set off rules. Check out your joining letter which will contains all clauses such, as your salary ,your holidays , paid leave and etc.. Only in case of that doesn't contain any such clause of not carrying on Business or otherwise you can . Contact any Advocate for relief
