If an employee is fired from work because mistake committed by employee which lead to huge financial loss to the company than in that case apart from firing from job ,can personal wealth of employee like cash, land and flats forcibly taken by company as a compensation to financial loss. Please advise how it work legally.

this situation can arise only when recovery order is passed by the disciplinary authority. you can very well take stay order against such recovery.
