Forcefully Termination

I have joined one reputed company in July 2011. After 6 years the company takes a decision for some of the departments in outsourcing and we have to take forcefully resignations and converted our payroll in Accenture. Now after 2.5 years due to big cost of Accenture they withdraw contracts of Accenture and ask him to shift our regular contractor payroll (May-2019) for 2 months as delay in management approvals for back to the company payroll. Now today till March 2020 no approval given from management and the company takes to terminate the employee. Please confirm In that case can we fight with the company. As I have given 9+ years in this company.
