Insurance Policy Surrendered By Submitting Forged Documents

One fraudster has cheated our company by submitting forge KYCs & name printed cheque in the name of policy holder and applied for surrender of policy. We processed and released the surrender value of the insurance policy. Subsequently the original policy holder informed that he has not Surrendered and no money has gone to his account. Now my company has sorted my observation on this fraud payment. I was the incharge of the Br office.
