Left Company Due To Health Issues With Serving Notice Period

Hi sir, I joined a company in mumbai and worked there for 20 days.Due to some medical problems i had to leave for my home town in gurgaon for a medical check up.Here doctor told me to take care of your health and stay with your family. i told company, i can't relocate to Mumbai due to my health issues as doctor has advice me to stay with your family so please transfer me to Delhi location so that i can work and take care of my health properly. Company was having financial crunches and they were not paying salary to their employees on time.There is a delay of 2 months in the salary disbursement.It was very difficult for me to continue in unknown city without salary.company totally denied my request and told me to join Mumbai location only if i want to continue with my services. I resigned from the services without serving notice period as there was no liability at my end.Now the company is asking me to pay 3 moths of salary as they have condition that in probation period you have to serve notice of minimum 3 months.They have also accused me of biased statements of absconding and not giving proper handover of my duties.They also credited salary of 20 days of working in December on 17th of feb 2018 Kindly let me know what should i do in this case.
