Mapping Of Existing Regular To Regular Employe In New Recruitment Rules Of NIT

The new rule MHRD, GOI in NITs provided the benefit of mapping for permanent faculty > 50 years only without Ph.D., permanent faculty < 50 years having a Ph.D. degree is not being likewise mapped. I want to be mapped to regular in the new rule. The full & final payment will be settled only on winning the case. No Consultancy fees, No advance, other, etc. paid now, and during the case, due to financial crises during this time, I can't be able to pay.
