In my graduation 3rd year marksheet my date of birth 21-jun-1993, seen 21-jun-1983 from distance, but actual it 21-jun-1993 when seen by lens, in 1993 third digit 9 is likely shaped birthday candel 9, and shape is likely 9,. Qr code represent 21-jun-1993 also. Please suggest me that ...should I do apply reprint in University or not. Is there any problem in govt job.
