I had to quit my job due to a gynecological problem. I told them everything and needed my salary for the medication. They mentioned that they would get it done after the office re-opens. They are already paying us half which is against the rules and now not even helping during rough times.

Yes, you can file a complaint before Labor Commissioner. You may also send a copy to the District Magistrate. Thereafter you may file a lawsuit.
