Query To Open Side Business Inwhile Woking In A Prvt Company In Parallel

Resident of delhi & working as Project manager in MNC. I want to start side business (which in no way related to business /products of present employer) My present contract with employer has terms and conditions, clause: 10.1 You agree not to engage in any outside employment or occupation, during the course of your employment, without prior written approval of Company,particularly which: may cause your work to suffer is pursued while you are at work or during working hours may contravene the Company guidelines about protecting commercially sensitive or other business information may undermine or conflict with your position as an employee is connected with goods or services that we provide is in competition with or in conflict with its interests 10.2 You agree that before commencement of your employment, and at any time thereafter,to immediately notify Company of any situation" I will have to apply for approval from HR for a conflict of interest.
