Regarding service regularisation

Question

High court of telangana passed Judgement in Oct.2019 stating that the services are to be regularised in Pvt.Aided College as Clerk-cum-Typist within two months.  But the Govt. pleader filed Review Petition .  For how long I have to wait for filing contempt case.  Can I file contempt of court when review petition is pending with the court.  Please help me and guide me.
