Retrenchment

I have been laid off recently. I got my notice period payment along with 15 days salary per year of service. In the notice, the payment employer did not pay the Variable pay, PF & gratuity which is part of CTC. Had I been part of org I would be getting this benefit. As this is a forceful separation, Can I claim PF, Gratuity, and Variable component as part of notice payment? Also, I have paid for Medical insurance for My mom and family in advance which they end it and I am asking to at least this be valid for the year as I have paid the premium in advance. Need Help if any way possible.
