138 Ni Act Proceedings Stayed By Session Court

A friend wife having company borrowed a business cash loan for 2 years from me after signing a MoU and giving 2 pdc.On maturity of MoU i asked her money on which she said i dont have money.Immediately i gave her 138 ni act notice and on non payment i produced 2 cheques in bank which got bounced .I proceeded with 138 ni cheque bounce case and currently its on nbw.The opposite party filled revision for the nbw in district court pleading that she has not given cheque nor signed any MoU to me.Even she say that her company was strike off from MCA before MoU and cheque bounce.On this district court has stayed the proceeding of the lower court till revision decision . Now what can i do is my money gone
