Opposition Of Condonation Of Delay Appeal Petition

Hello sir, For my case judgement received on Feb 14 2025 but accused raised appeal petition along with condonation delay after 90 days as he is absconding and arrested for another similar forgery case.My question is as a petitioner is that possible for me to put objection of appeal condonation petition from my side during my first hearing as this accused is habitual offender and more than 8 cases under this accused in different court such as district,trial and high courts.pls provide ur valuable input on this query. Thanks
