To Dismiss The Condone Delay Petition For The Appeal By The Accused

Pls provide ur suggestions to dismiss condone delay petition: I submit that on the same day of judgment, I was not present in court for the reason, On the false complaints against the appellant before the area police station on Oct-2024 by friend of respondent, on such complaint, the police official's not conduct the proper enquiry accordance with law and filed FIR on same day against appellant and further police official demanded to pay money short day to complainant otherwise to threaten to arrest the appellant, on such threaten and force of police official, the appellant abscond from Oct -2024 to Feb -2025 and further the said police official arrested the appellant and send judicial custody on feb-2025 and further the appellant released on Apr- 2025 during such time the appellant unable to contact his counsel to proceed his case further I was verifying through online and acquainted the judgment of trial court, hence I was not able to approach and filling a criminal appeal petition.
