    first you have to give legal notice through your lawyer. await 15 days. if he failed to repay within​ 15 days you can fill suit under section 138 of NI act . or you can file civil suit for recovery of money...

    uh will get full payment with interest plus litigation expenses too under sec 138 ... it will take time to get ur money back but sure uh will get ur money back worth to wait.under shelter of law... uh may send him.a legal notice first give him 7-15 days time depend upon uh... if uh get ur money back thts gud but if not I suggest don't wait more... it will effect Ur own matter ...

    send him a notice through advocate, wait for 14 days....on the 15th day you can file a case for cheque bounce, or if he replies that in negative, you can also approach nearest police station under sections of cheating and fraud and also file for recovery.

  • You have four options. File a suit for recovery of money. File a complaint u/s 138 NI Act. You can do both. You can also wait if you really want to.
