    send a legal notice of 15 days time given to him.. within one month of limitation strt when the cheque get bounced... if uh didn't get paid within 15 days file a criminal complaint case through the advocate under 138ni act... for more information uh may contact me on 9871417072

  • The first cheque should have been given for a valid consideration. If so, send a Reg AD notice to the person with in 15 days of bouncing. You can either file a civil suit for recovery of the money by paying court fees or a criminal Complaint. If you intend to do this find a lawyer at the place where the cause of action occurred and do as he advise. You should do both, is my advice.
