cheque bounce means insufficient of balance. if somebody given you that cheque you must file 138 NI Act case. if your cheque deposit money in bank.

hold it tightly so that it may not bounce. Ok. whats ur query or question as the advise from complainant side is different and from the side of the accused is different.
