If they have pasted it its called affixation when the person is not available so it deemed to be served and if no one appears on your behalf the warrants will definetly be issued.
appoint one advocate . advocate can file application or appearance memo. .otherwise court will issue NBW against you. .
you can give an adjournment application through ur advocate stating the same reasons
if you have received summons you must appear before judge or no need to go to court till you receive summons.
You did not mentioned if you have received court notice. If yes, then you have to attend the hearing otherwise Court may issue non bailable warrant against you. It is suggested to engage a lawyer who will manage to put up file after coming date and will file bail application, then you will have to be present before the court.
If you do not appear and take bail, NBW will be issued against you.
its better to engage lawyer rather than facing bailable warrants as you neef the lawyer in future then why not for this date also
better not to do these things ... record the appearence.. other wise this will lead Ur case against uh nd court itself take a strict action against uh.. better uh must engage an advocate... he will go to court nd appear on ur behalf uh may come to next date...
it still be counted as notice received ....doesn't matter uh sign it or not ....
