  • If they have pasted it its called affixation when the person is not available so it deemed to be served and if no one appears on your behalf the warrants will definetly be issued.

    You did not mentioned if you have received court notice. If yes, then you have to attend the hearing otherwise Court may issue non bailable warrant against you. It is suggested to engage a lawyer who will manage to put up file after coming date and will file bail application, then you will have to be present before the court.
