We have stopped our business & paying our vendor debts monthly basis. A vendor suddenly deposited our issued security cheque for their balance payment without our consent even requested not deposit the security cheque. They are denying to provide payment entry and credit entry for material returned outstanding ledgers requested many times. What are the solution for us. Shall we continue our payment monthly basis.

1. File complain of cheque lost in local police station and name this person in police station for having doubts on him. 2. Issue him notice through lawyer for return of your cheque from his custody. 3 . Let him to present the cheque in bank. 4. If cheque got bounce then he will send you notice through lawyer on your address. 5. After that reply that notice through lawyer as per your theory.
