Dear client I am sorry to hear that. When you take a loan, especially if you provide a post-dated cheque as collateral, it is essential to carefully review the terms and conditions outlined in the loan agreement. Loan agreements typically specify the consequences of defaulting on payments, including the steps the lender can take to recover the outstanding amount. If you have missed payments or defaulted on your loan, the lender may take legal action to recover the money owed. This can include presenting the cheque you provided as collateral to the bank for encashment. If the cheque bounces or is dishonored due to insufficient funds in your account, the lender may proceed with legal actions, which could include filing a police complaint or executing the cheque through a warrant. To protect your rights and understand the specific actions being taken against you, it is important to seek legal advice from a professional, such as a lawyer or legal expert in your jurisdiction. They will be able to guide you on how to handle the situation and provide appropriate advice based on the specific details of your case. Remember, this information is general in nature, and it is crucial to consult with a legal professional who can provide advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

First of all warrants are issued by the court. They must have registered a complaint only against you in the local police station. And even if the warrants have been issued against you then you need not worry. You will be released on personal bonds. After taking the bail you will be free and will be called on the next date of hearing only. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
