In Mumbai If a step mother filed a DV case against Step sons after death of her second husbsand i. e. father of Defendants for maintenance and false domestic violence, concealing from Court about her first marriage dissolution and Major biological chiildren staying in her native village, how to prove in court, her village in Satara, we do not know anybody there to get information about her

Dear Sir, It is very weak case and firstly whether such DV case is maintainable against step sons. Secondly, she has hidden about her first marriage. Thus, a competent advocate may get justice to you. Better way is to approach High Court and get a stay order and get DV case quashed.
