How To Reclaim My Share In Property From Brother And Access Property Papers

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have come to know that my only brother has transferred my father\'s property to his name without consulting me. My father and mother are dead. I have one brother and two sisters. All are married. I learnt that he got two sisters to waive off their share in the property in August last year. He kept me in the dark. I live in Thane near Mumbai. While that house is situated in Amravati. Now that I have got the news that he transferred the property to his name by keeping me in the dark, he is playing various tricks on me to get me to waive off my share in the property. I asked him why he kept me in the dark about the whole transactions, he is giving evasive replies. I suspect that either he has not mentioned me as his sister in the affidavit while registering the property or he may have produced somebody else to impersonate me at the registration office. I am the elder sister. When I ask him about showing me property papers, he is refusing to do so. Kindly suggest me remedy. I want to access the property papers so that I will know the truth. What action can I take to reclaim my share in the house.
