    Dear Hari As you stated that your builder has not disclosed about the UDS (Undivided Share) in the sale of the apartment agreement, the same, as per the Karnataka Ownership Flat Act, can be disclosed by the deed of declaration, once the construction of the flat is completed and before the making and registering the final deed of the apartment. Therefore, It is advisable you should wait till the construction of the apartment. For more information consult me.

    Not mentioning UDS means they are going for more floors so your UDS will decrease. dont go for such builders.
