  • sir 1. send a legal notice to the co-parcener seeking a partition and details of all documents and properties. 2. if does provide the detail , you can ask for partition, visit the concerned officials to get the details of the property, via RTI aslo. 3. if denies or doesn't reply the you can move to the court for partition.
