    in this case now if the case is filed and no unnecessary adjournments are taken the maximum time will be less then a year, further there is 100 percent chances of recovery of amount, the courts orders fine and out of fine amount the compensation which is more then the cheque amount Normally, please bear in mind, if the said person fails to pay the amount within 15 days from date of receipt of notice, the complaint has to be filed within one month there after.
